Went down south for a day. Plan was to go work on moves of '7veljestä' and after meet up with Tomi and Jarmo. Wasn't the best of days. It was cold and drizzling a bit in Nurmijärvi. Warming up was horrible. Pulling from small holds and just waiting for something to snap. Luckily nothing happened. Although I couldn't pull hard enough because of my knackered left ring finger. That felt a bit disappointing.

'7 Veljestä' is a cool overhanging prow with very small holds. Climb consists nice tecnical compression moves and cunning heelhooking. Just what I like... Wish my finger gets better soon.

Rock has few other nice problems too. This one is called 'Zion train'. Quite a "board" problem with nice incut crimps and long lock off's. Did this last autumn. I used dyno method witch felt easier than Tomi's rockover way. But hey when you are strong (like Tomi) you can climb them any way you like and you still get them done. Just us week bastards have to find easier ways to do things.

Sure that Doris was enjoying the day out. She didn't mind the cold or the drizzle.
After Nurmijärvi meet up with Tomi and Jarmo in Sipoo. Weather was better there. Just unfortunate thing happened to Jarmo while warming up. He tweeked his ankle while jumping down from a boulder. Not a good start for a season. Hope it's not as serious as it sounded when it happened. Well climbing is like this some days.
